ORDER of BUSINESS:

Call to Order at 9:00 AM

Attendance - Jean Armitage, Mira Munson, David Spidal, Jennifer Clark, Patrick Storey, Ann Skibski. Ruth Buchanan

Review of Minutes –The August 11 minutes were unanimously approved

Treasurers Report & Budget Update – The attached Preliminary budget was accepted.

Communications – none received this month

Outreach Workers Report - Attached

Upcoming Events

Zoom Yoga – The attendance report is attached. It was unanimously approved to continue this program thru October if the attendance is 5 or more.

Flu Clinic – Oct. 3 – Info attached. We should arrive around 9 AM to set up.

Old Business

Transportation – Review Program – 2 rides

Birthday Cards – Status Update 14 this month

Concert on the Green – Aug 22 was a success with 45 human attendees and 5 domestic turkeys.

Tax Work-off program – Status with Selectmen – Dave presented the attached summary program and will get on the Selectmen’s agenda.

New Business

Other – The cabinet has been received and installed. The yoga and coffee supplies were placed in it.

Following the meeting we updated the COA data base.
