ORDER of BUSINESS:

Call to Order at 9:05 AM by Mira

Attendance: Jean Armitage, Mira Munson, David Spidal, Jennifer Clark, Patrick Storey, Ann Skibski

Regrets - Ruth

Review of Minutes –The July 14 minutes were reviewed and unanimously approved

Treasurers Report & Budget Update- No report, waiting on a reconciliation from the town treasurer.

Communications – Several items were discussed

Upcoming Events

Zoom Yoga A motion was made and approved to extend the program thru September.

Concert on the Green – Aug 22; We decided to continue planning to hold the concert.

Flu Clinic – Oct. 3 – CVS will distribute the vaccine; there will be both the standard vaccine and the senior vaccine.

Old Business

Transportation – Review Program – 2 rides this month

Birthday Cards – Status Update – 15 this month

Outreach Worker – Ann’s report is attached. 71 Seniors have responded to the questionnaire we mailed out. Sue has provided the new street list and Pat will update the database.

Tax Work-off program – Status with Selectmen – No reported activity.

New Business

Other – The cabinet is expected to arrive soon.

After the meeting we stuffed the mailing.

Our Next Meeting will be Tuesday Sept. 8, 2020
