ORDER of BUSINESS:

Call to Order y vice chair Munson at 9:05 AM

Attendance: Jean Armitage, Mira Munson, David Spidal, Jennifer Clark, Patrick Storey, Ann Skibski; Regrets Ruth Buchanan.

Review of Minutes –the Minutes of June 16 minutes were reviewed and unanimously approved.

Treasurers Report & Budget Update – The attached were reviewed and unanimously approved.

Communications – Several items were read and discussed.

Upcoming Events

Yoga 14 people are signed up and average attendance is 9.

Cultural Council – Davis Bates will perform on the town green Sat. Aug. 22 at 6 PM.

Old Business

Transportation – 2 rides last month

Birthday Cards – 14 mailed out this month.

Outreach Worker – The attached report was discussed. Ann has a tentative date from CVS for the annual Flu Clinic.

Tax Work-off program – No Action

Service Provider Reference list for senior’s update – the list is complete and will go out in the August mailing

Highland Elder Service Grant – We received a grant for $1000 from HVES and used it to purchase hand sanitizer stations for the PSC, Town Hall and Library.

After the meeting we stuff the Senior Data Sheet questionnaire mailing.
