ORDER of BUSINESS:

Call to Order at 9:07

Attendance - Jean Armitage, Ruth Buchanan, Mira Munson, David Spidal, Jennifer Clark, Patrick Storey, Ann Skibski

Review of Minutes –The March 10 minutes were unanimously accepted

Treasurers Report & Budget Update – Attached. The report will be reconciled once the Treasurer issues her final report.

Communications – several documents were reviewed.

Upcoming Events

Monthly Lunches – We have decided not to restart the lunches this year

Fall Dinner – We decided not to hold the fall dinner

Yoga – On line Yoga will be beginning next week

Old Business

Transportation – Review Program – Two per month for the last several months.

Birthday Cards – Status Update 18 in June

Outreach Worker – Report attached. The new Senior Resident Contact form was discussed and will be sent in the in a separate mailing with a stamped preaddressed return envelop.

Tax Work-off program – Waiting for action by the Selectmen after the Covid 19 issues settle down.

Service Provider Reference list for seniors – There will be 13 categories; will be included in the August mailing.

Seniors Survey – not discussed

Personal Care Attendants – On hold

New Business

Election of Officers – The existing slate of officers was reelected; Ruth Chair; Mira – Vice chair; Dave – Treasurer; Pat - Clerk
