ORDER of BUSINESS:

Call to Order at 9:02 AM

Attendance: Jean Armitage, Ruth Buchanan, Dave Spidal, Mira Munson, Pat Storey, Jennifer Clark, Ann Skibski, Nina Green

Review of Minutes –October 8, 2019 – The minutes were unanimously approved.

Treasurers Report & Budget Update – The attached report was unanimously accepted.

Communications – Several articles of interest were circulated.

Upcoming Events

Christmas tree lighting – will be held Dec. 1 at 4:30 PM on the Town Green. It will be followed by light refreshments in the church.

Old Business

Transportation – Review Program – 2 rides

Birthday Cards – Status Update – 14 sent

Outreach Worker – Status Update – See attached report

Tax Work-off program – The documents were reviewed and it was decided to table this till next month.

Service Provider Reference list for seniors – We have received the disclaimer language from our lawyer; Pat will forward to Ann.

Sand for Seniors – No Action; Ruth will talk to Mike Sullivan.

Flu Shot Clinic – 23 attendees, 16 were seniors.

New Business

Annual Report review – We looked over the annual report. Pat will send to Emmett
