ORDER of BUSINESS:

Call to Order at 9:15 AM

Attendance- Ruth Buchanan, Jean, Armitage, Jennifer Clark, Dave Spidal, Ann Skibski, Pat Storey; Regrets Mira Munson

Review of Minutes –The minutes of June 11, 2019 were reviewed and unanimously approved with Dave abstaining

Treasurers Report & Budget Update – The attached report for fy 2019 was approved pending reconciliation by the town accountant. The attached draft of the budget for fy 2020 was presented and approved.

Communications – Several flyers from the state and other COAs were circulated for review.

Upcoming Events

Lunches; Aug. 13, Sept. 10, Oct. 8, Nov. 12 – The August lunch will have chicken salad. The idea of giving each attendee a scratch ticket was discussed but no conclusion reached.

Yoga -  Mondays and Thursdays - attendance is down slightly from last year; expect it to pick up after the 4th of July week.

Feisty Fall Feast – Saturday Sept. 21. Menu will be Garden Salad, Beef Meat Loaf, roasted fall vegtables, Mac & Cheese, pumpkin pie, cider, coffee and water.

Transportation – 2 rides

Birthday Cards – 14 sent
