ORDER of BUSINESS:

Call to Order at 9:10 AM

Attendance - Ruth Buchanan, Jean, Armitage, Jennifer Clark, Mira Munson, Ann Skibski,  Pat Storey; Regrets Dave Spidal

Review of Minutes –The minutes of May 14, 2019 were unanimously approved.

Treasurers Report & Budget Update - Attached

Communications – Ruth received several flyers from other COAs.

Upcoming Events

Lunches; July 9, Aug. 13, Sept. 10, Oct. 8, Nov. 12. We planned on  Lasagna for the July lunch but because of problems with the stove we swapped over to grinders.

Yoga Starts June 20. In July we will change the signs.

Feisty Fall Feast – Sept. 21. Will plan for next month

Old Business

Transportation – Review Program - 2 Rides last month

Birthday Cards – Status Update – 19 cards last month

Outreach Worker – Status Update – Report is attached

Black Fly – Review Program – There were some complaints about the small quantities’ of food.

New Business

Election of Officers – All existing officers were reelected; Ruth Buchannan – Chair person; Ann Skibski – vice chair; Dave Spidal – Treasurer; Pat Storey - Clerk
