Meeting called to order at 9:04

January 8, 2019 minutes accepted as presented.

Treasurer report accepted as presented.  Proposed 2020 budget for town has been submitted.

Upcoming events:

3/12 12noon: resumption of monthly Birthday Lunch:  honor B’Days of Dec, Jan,         Feb +Mar with lasagna, salad, larger cake

3/25 6:30: Town All Boards meeting

Outreach Program: factors to consider:

• Ann to cover in interim
• Advertise and hire replacement
• Make it a contracted position?
• Confer with Otis COA (considering starting a program)?

Additional service/program possibility:

     Providing Shingles injections @ Health Fair:

appears to be beyond our scope, perhaps research this and provide information in quarterly newsletter.
