Call to Order @9:10 AM

Attendance - Jean Armitage, Jennifer Clark, Mira Munson, Pat Storey, Dave Spidal, Ann Skibski; Regrets Ruth Buchanan

Review of Minutes –Oct. 9, 2018 – The minutes were unanimously approved

Outreach Worker report – Attached. Next month there will be a full discussion of the position.

Treasurers Report & Budget Update  - Attached

None

Old Business

Performance review – Lunches – There were 14 attendees in October (we also had 14 in Nov.). It was decided to not hold the luncheons in Dec, Jan or Feb. They will resume in March with a St. Patrick’s Day theme.

Transportation – Review Program – 1 ride last month

Birthday Cards – Status Update – Ann needs more labels

Formula Grant and Special Grant – All are in process. Pat to check with Emmett on how we get the Humaston grant.

Selectmen’s meeting – AC – The FD agreed to put in $3000 and the Selectmen indicated they would fund the rest.

New Business

Lock Box Program – No response from fire of police

Computer Assist Program – Checking on what Otis does

Granville COA will be invited to attend one of our meetings.
