ORDER of BUSINESS:
Call to Order at 9:11 AM
Attendance - Jean Armitage, Ruth Buchanan, Jennifer Clark, Mira Munson, Pat Storey, Dave Spidal, Ann Skibski
Review of Minutes –The Minutes of Aug 14, 2018 were reviewed and unanimously approved with Jen Clark abstaining.
Outreach Worker report_ Attached
HVES Report – Since we are no longer represented on the board this item will be dropped in the future.
Treasurers Report & Budget Update – Attached. The report was unanimously approved.
Upcoming Events
Feisty Fall Feast – Sat. Sept 22 – We will start set up at 3 PM. Sal Correnti has agreed to manage the kitchen. Pat will get three kids to work with Sal. Pat will pick up the cole slaw, pie whipped cream, and more plates.
The food from the Knox should arrive at 5:30.
Old Business
Performance review – Lunches – Going well. We will review again after the October luncheon.
Performance Review – Yoga – 56 on Mondays; 52 on Thursdays. Alexa has said she can do both sessions next year. We may direct hire her; Dave will check out the process to do this.
Transportation – Review Program – Three rides this month.
Birthday Cards – 14 sent this month.
Health Fair – will be limited to Flu Shots and Blood Pressure checks. Sat. Sept 29 from 10 – 1 at the PSC.
New Business
Air Conditioning – Mira received an estimate from State Line for $9,989 (attached). The electrical work would cost around another $600. Mira will discuss with the Selectmen.
Lock Box Program – Pat still hasn’t set up a meeting with the police and fire depts.
Annual Report – A Preliminary copy was distributed, reviewed and revised.
