Call to Order at 9:07

Attendance - - Jean Armitage, Ruth Buchanan, Jennifer Clark, Pat Storey, Ann Skibski; Regrets Mira Munson; Regrets – Dave Spidal

Review of Minutes –The June 12, 2018 were reviewed and unanimously approved

Outreach Worker report - Attached

HVES Report – HVES is looking at a new lease that may require a new location.

Treasurers Report & Budget Update - Attached

Upcoming Events

Tuesday Birthday Party - Working well

Yoga – Monday and Thursdays – Attendance: 6/21-6; 6/28 – 13; 7/5 – 10; 7/2 – 9.

Feisty Fall Feast – Sat. Sept 22 -On schedule, the entertainment is on board. Detailed planning at Aug 14 meeting. Letter to be stuffed at this meeting for Sept 4 mailing. Signs to go out by Aug 31. See below for menu.

Old Business

Election of Officers – Ruth was nominated as chair; Mira as vice Chair; Dave as Treasurer; Pat as Clerk. The nominations were unanimously approved to serve till June 30, 2019.

Performance review – Lunches – The hope is we can average 10 people plus the COA members.

Performance Review – Yoga – see above

Transportation – Review Program – No requests this month

Birthday Cards – 13 sent in July

Lock Box Program – Pat has more work to do.

New Business

Plan Menu for Feisty Fall Feast

Roast Pork and Roast Chicken; Medely of roast fall vegetables; Apple Sauce; - Pat will talk with Dave to see if the Knox can prepare these items. Cole Slaw, Rolls & Butter; Pumpkin Pie (Pat to get from Costco) and whipped cream, cider and decaf coffee.
