ORDER of BUSINESS:

Call to Order at 9:22 AM

Attendance - Jean Armitage, Ruth Buchanan, Jennifer Clark, Pat Storey, Dave Spidal, Ann Skibski; Regrets Mira Munson

Review of Minutes –The May 8, 2018 minutes were unanimously approved.

Outreach Worker report - Attached

Consortium Report None

HVES Report – Jean reported they are submitting information for us to put in our newsletter.  Jean explained to them that our next news letter would not be until early October when the information would be long out of date.

Treasurers Report & Budget Update – Attached; we are in good shape

Upcoming Events

Tuesday Birthday Party 11 Signed up for today. Last month was successful. Dave will get Lasagna for next month and leave it in the freezer. Ann will get salad, rolls, and cake.

Yoga – Monday and Thursdays – Thursdays start June 21 for 10 weeks; Starting Mondays July 2 for 8 weeks. Fee has increased to $95/wk from $85..Yoga only signs will be set up.

Old Business

Performance review – Black Fly Dinner- Was well received. The feeling was Saturday was better than Fridays. Feast on Sept 22 - Roger Tinknell is available for Sat. 9/22.

Transportation – Review Program No Calls.

Birthday Cards – 19 in June

Health Fait – Set for 9-29

New Business

Everyone except Ann needs their CORI check updated; Jean will take care of

Discussed the Food Pantry and what could be done to boost participation.

Discussed Lock Boxes. Pat will approach Police & Fire to see if they will be willing to participate.
