ORDER of BUSINESS:

Call to Order at 9:10 AM

Attendance - Ruth Buchanan, Jennifer Clark, Mira Munson, Ann Skibski, David Spidal, Pat Storey; Regrets Jean Armitage

Review of Minutes –The minutes from April 10, 2018 were unanimously approved.

Outreach Worker report – Loneliness is an increasing issue with Seniors; we will discuss further at the next meeting. B.M. will be needing a ride to PT twice weekly. Pat will look at various options.

Consortium Report – no report

HVES Report – The board is looking at possibly relocating from Florence to Westfield.

Treasurers Report & Budget Update – Treasurers report is attached. Some options for fund use are helping fund a movie license or getting additional sandwich boards

Upcoming Events

Black Fly Dinner – Sat May 12, 2018. Reviewed the purchasing list and logistics. Currently there are only 32 sign ups.

Tuesday Birthday Party Expecting more this month than we had last.

Yoga – Monday and Thursdays - July and August - Program starting June 24. Pat will cover.

Old Business

Logistics Planning – Black Fly Dinner – see above.

Transportation – Review Program. Looking for a more complete service for one resident.

Birthday Cards – Status Update 13 sent out this month.

New Business

Lock Boxes – There was a brief discussion about starting a lock box program for selected Seniors so emergency personnel could get in their homes without breaking down the door. Jean will find out about this program in Westfield.

Adjournment – was unanimously voted on at 10:45 AM.
