Minutes, Conservation Commission, October 27, 2021

Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held a public hearings, October 27, 2021 beginning at 4:54 PM Tolland, MA . (The meeting was held via Zoom. Any interested party could participate by emailing the site (Conservation@tolland-ma.com) between October 21 and 25. Information on how to access the Zoom meeting was sent before the meeting.)

HEARING began at 4:52 PM

1. RDA- Submitted Robert and Rondi Bedor of 100 Stones Throw. Applicant seeks to remove a damaged tree within the buffer zone of Cranberry Pond. RDA2021-11 Unanimous Negative Determination  Tree will be taken down by chain saw and removed. Work to be done after drawdown. Stump will not be removed.
