Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held a public hearings, July 8 2021 beginning at 5:00 PM Tolland, MA for the following purposes: (The meeting was held via Zoom. Any interested party could participate by emailing the site (Conservation@tolland-ma.com) between July 5 and 7. Information on how to access the Zoom meeting was sent before the meeting.)

RDA- Submitted for Jackie Bitso of 244 Harvey Mt Rd. Work on home septic system. Proposed work is in the Outer Riparian zone. Delineation flagged and submitted by Ann Bruzzi, Wetland Scientist for Berkshire Engineering. RDA 2021-03 Unanimous negative decision

RDA- Submitted by WPOA. Work is to install and roll in a ramp adjacent to dock at Main Beach annually. RDA 2021-04 Unanimous Negative Decision
