Minutes of Conservation Committee meeting on April 25, 2024 via Zoom
Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will hold public hearings April 25, 2024 beginning at 5:00 PM via Zoom, Tolland, MA for the following purposes:
The meeting will be held via Zoom. Any interested party that would like to participate should email the site (Conservation@tolland-ma.com) between April 22- 25 and they will be sent a link for the Zoom meeting.

HEARINGS 1)RDA- Submitted by Donna Barry of 213 Lands End Drive. Applicant seeks to rebuild a stone walkway and steps within the buffer zone of Otis Reservoir. Work will take place in the Fall after the drawdown. Unanimous Negative Determination. RDA 2024-02 2) Certificate of Compliance sought by Bill Speirs of 81 Chipmunk Crossing. Applicant seeks a COC for a completed project. Unanimously Approved.Old BusinessNew Business1) Kate Donovan from the Town reviewed culvert and drainage repair projects. Route 57 and Taylor Brook Route 57 and unnamed brook Babcock Brook and unnamed brook Babcock Brook and Heartland Road School House drainageBelden Road Drainage2) An emergency certificate was issued to Al Lenge of 55 Lakeview Drive for the removal of a tree.
