Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will hold public hearings January 25, 2024 beginning at 5:00 PM via Zoom, Tolland, MA for the following purposes:
The meeting was held via Zoom. Any interested party that would like to participate should email the site (Conservation@tolland-ma.com) between January 22-25 and they will be sent a link for the Zoom meeting.

HEARINGS BEGAN 4:57 PM HEARINGS 1)RDA- Submitted by Lawrence Durocher of 101 Lands End Road. Applicant seeks to install a 1500 gallon tight tank to replace a failed septic system. Unanimous Negative Determination. RDA 2024-01. Silt fence and straw waddles will be used for erosion control. Old Business New Business
