Conservation Commission Minutes December 28, 2023

 

Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will hold public hearings November 30, 2023 beginning at 5:00 PM via Zoom, Tolland, MA for the following purposes:

The meeting was held via Zoom. Any interested party that would like to participate should email the site (Conservation@tolland-ma.com) between December 25-28 and they will be sent a link for the Zoom meeting.

HEARINGS BEGAN 5:00 PM HEARINGS  1)RDA- Submitted by Geald Devokaitis of 82 Stones Throw Road. Applicant seeks to upgrade an existing failed septic system with a new 1500 gallon tank, pump chamber and leaching fields. Existing system to be properly decommissioned. Unanimous Negative Determination. RDA 2023-14. Silt fence in place for erosion control until spring.  Old Business New Business
