Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will hold public hearings November 30, 2023 beginning at 5:00 PM via Zoom, Tolland, MA for the following purposes:
The meeting was held via Zoom. Any interested party that would like to participate should email the site (Conservation@tolland-ma.com) between November 27-30 and they will be sent a link for the Zoom meeting.

Applicant seeks to remove one dead Ash tree in the buffer zone of Otis Reservoir. Unanimous Negative Determination. RDA 2023-13.2) NOI- Submitted by Yong No of 58 Porcupine Point. Applicant seeks to replace and enlarge dock and remove 15 diseased trees (4 mature trees and 11 saplings). DEP 306-0096.
