Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will hold public hearings September 28, 2023 beginning at 4:00 PM via Zoom, Tolland, MA for the following purposes:

HEARINGS BEGAN 5:00 PMHEARINGS 1)RDA- Submitted by John Beckman for Elsie Patrick of 268 South Trail Road. Applicant seeks to regrade and restore driveway less than 100 feet from Noyes Pond. Unanimous Negative Decision. RDA 2023-10.2) NOI- Submitted by Berkshire Engineering (Mike Kulig) for Tom & Gail Szatrowski of 181 Lands End Drive. Applicant seeks to reposition boat house, rebuild and resurface existing dock on Otis Reservoir. Unanimous approval. DEP file – WE 306-00953) NOI- Submitted by Tunxis Club. Applicant seeks to conduct annual drawdown to control nuisance aquatic vegetation, impede eutrophication and improve habitat value. Unanimous approval for 5 year plan as per Order of Conditions.
