Conservation Commission minutes June 29, 2023

Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held a public hearing on June 29, 2023 beginning at 5:05 PM.

(The meeting was held via Zoom. Any interested party that wanted to participate could email the site (Conservationatolland-ma.com) between June 26-28 to receive the link for the Zoom meeting.

1) RDA- Submitted by Susan Bullock of 227 Lakeside Drive. Applicant seeks to replace a septic system less than 100’ but more than 50’ from Cranberry Pond. A unanimous negative determination was issued. Petitioners will remove trees within 15 feet of the SAS. Erosion controls will be straw waddles placed between the work area and the lake. RDA 2023-5
