Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held public hearings May 14 2019 beginning at 3:00 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA
Conservation Commission Members Present: Alan Binder, Valerie Bird, and David Spidal
Others: Rich Winkler, Diane Winkler, Audrey Miller, Susan Cutillo, John Cutillo

- RDA- Submitted by Walter and Betsy Gay of 44 Porcupine Pt and represented by Rich and Diane Winkler. Applicant seeks to repair and resurface top of existing dock with composite decking. The dock is on Cranberry Pond. RDA 2019-02 Unanimous Negative Determination It is an existing dock and no contact to lake bottom or bank.
- RDA- Submitted by WPOA. Applicant seeks to remove small decaying trees at Main and Meadow Beach and to build boat racks and repair docks. RDA 2019-03-. Unanimous Negative Determination (Alan Binder recused himself) Dock work on same footprint, no new footings or other contact with lake bottom, bank or impact area.
- Extension Permit for OOC. Submitted by WPOA. Applicant seeks an extension of existing NOI. Passed unanimously. (Alan Binder recused himself). Original NOI from 2006 for drawdown and general maintenance. No changes noted from the original NOI
- RDA- Submitted by Mike and Vicky Clarke of 112 Brook Lane. Applicant seeks to remove 6 trees in the buffer zone of Cranberry Pond. RDA 2019-04 Unanimous Negative Determination. Of the 7 (sic 6) trees identified, only four will be permitted. These were marked by the commission.
