Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held public hearings February 28, 2019 beginning at 6:30 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA

Began Hearing at 6:30

1. RDA 2019-01- Submitted by Bill Magni for Mike and Vickey Clarke. Applicant seeks to demolish and remove fire damaged house on 112 Brook Lane. The house is located in the buffer zone of Cranberry Pond. Unanimous Negative Determination. Deck, foundation and first floor will remain intact. Fire damaged area of upper part to be removed. No anticipated impact on ground surrounding structure.  Straw waddles to be placed between structure and pond.
