Minutes, Conservation Commission,  January 31, 2019

Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held public hearings January 31, 2019 beginning at 5:30 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA           

The listing of matters in the agenda, were those reasonably anticipated by the Chair.

Conservation Commission Members Present: Alan Binder, Valerie Bird, and David Spidal

Others:  Robert Mason (DCR), Leslie Cohn, Regina Cohn

1. NOI- Submitted by Leslie Cohn of 54 Ona Road. Applicant seeks to build a dock on Otis reservoir.

Structure is to be aluminum frame with cedar decking. It will be free standing with ramp placed on grass of lawn, no bank impact. Structure will be on pads on lake bottom. Plans approved/cleared by Robert Mason, DCR, Forest Park Supervisor.

APPROVED unanimously by the commission members.

        2. ANRAD- Submitted by Bill Magni of 15 New Boston Road and Clean Focus continued form Nov 29.
