Minutes, Conservation Commission,  August 30, 2018

Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held public hearings August 30 beginning at 2:00 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA

The listing of matters, are those reasonably anticipated by the Chair, which were discussed at the meeting.

Conservation Commission Members Present: Alan Binder, Valerie Bird, and David Spidal

Guests:  Donald Rose

1. RDA- Submitted by Donald Rose of 99 Lakeview. Applicant seeks to remove rotted terrace walls and replace with stone walls within the buffer zone of Otis reservoir. RDA 2018-06.  Unanimous decision for negative determination.

Silt fence will be placed between work area and reservoir.  Old material will be hauled away.
