Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held public hearings March 29,2018 beginning at 3:00 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA         

The listing of matters, are those reasonably anticipated by the Chair, which may be discussed at the meeting. Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law

RDA- Submitted by Daniel Chase of 217 Lakeside Dr. Applicant seeks to remove one tree in the buffer zone of Cranberry Pond. RDA # 2018-02  Unanimous vote for a negative determination.
