Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held a public hearing January 25, 2018 beginning at 3:00: PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA
The matters discussed were those reasonably anticipated by the Chair and published as the agenda.

HEARINGS
NOI- Submitted by Graham & Judy Stanley of 288 South Trail. Applicants seek to demolish and rebuild a new home in the relative footprint of the currently existing home. DEP File # 306-0072 in the buffer zone of Noyes Pond. Unanimously approved with the following conditions: Trees within 5 feet of construction may be removed (3 such trees), but others may not without consent of Conservation Commission. Silt fence and straw bales must be in place as shown on the revised plan of 1/24/18
