Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes

November 21, 2023                            

Meeting Opened at 4:00pm

In Attendance:  

                           Jessica Kelmelis

                         Jenny Whitehead

The October Minutes of the Board of Assessors were read and approved.

Two motor vehicle abatement applications were reviewed and granted.

One Chapter 61B applications for FY2025 was reviewed and approved. Jessica will contact the property owner for a check for the registry as the lien will need to be amended.

Four veteran’s exemption applications were reviewed and granted.

Two Real Estate abatement applications were reviewed and granted.

The Meeting was adjourned at 4:35 pm
