Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes

                                                          March 28, 2023                       

Meeting Opened at 4:00 pm

In Attendance:   

                         Susan Voudren

                           Jessica Kelmelis

                         Jenny Whitehead                  

The January Minutes of the Board of Assessors were read and approved. The February 2023 meeting was cancelled due to weather

Jenny Whitehead was welcomed as a newly appointed member of the Board of Assessors. She fills the seat vacated by Susan Moore who resigned in December. Jenny will complete Susan’s term which ends in June of 2025.

A motor Vehicle commitment was signed.

Two motor Vehicle abatements were reviewed and granted

A senior exemption application was reviewed. Jessica will be researching all available options for the taxpayer and request more information.

The Meeting was adjourned at 5:00 pm
