The June Minutes of the Board of Assessors were read and approved.
Two Personal Property abatements were reviewed and granted.
The Board approved an overall discount of 91% for any secondary non-conforming contiguous lots. This will end the individual calculation for those lots, allowing for seamless land value adjustments.
The Meeting was adjourned at 10:30 am
