Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes

Meeting Opened at 10:00 am

The March Minutes of the Board of Assessors were read and approved.

Four motor vehicle abatements were reviewed and granted.

A discussion was held on creating a better process for valuing non-conforming contiguous parcels in the town. The current process is by manual individual property calculation. It becomes labor intensive and consequently subject to possible error or omission when land values change. Jessica will present a procedural proposal at the nest meeting.

The Meeting was adjourned at 10:30 am
