The January Minutes of the Board of Assessors were read and approved.
Rollback taxes vs Conveyance tax was discussed for parcel 115-21. It was agreed that a conveyance tax was appropriate. A commitment will be created for the March meeting.
FY23 budgets for Assessor expense and Revaluation were presented.
The Meeting was adjourned at 10:28am
