Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes

                                                          April 27, 2021                         

Meeting Opened at 10:00 am

In Attendance:   Susan Moore

                           Susan Voudran

                           Jessica Kelmelis

The meeting was held remotely by all members via conference call. Call in information did accompany posted agenda.

The March Minutes of the Board of Assessors were read and approved.

A letter was approved that will be sent to the previous owner, new owner and representing attorney about the non-conforming sale that the Board feels proceeded incompletely.

Tax maps of Wildwood will be reviewed to determine where nonexistent roads are included.

The Meeting was adjourned at 10:28
