Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes

                                                          May 25, 2021                          

Meeting Opened at 10:00 am

In Attendance:   Susan Moore

                           Susan Voudran

                           Jessica Kelmelis

The meeting was held remotely by all members via conference call. Call in information did accompany posted agenda.

The April Minutes of the Board of Assessors were read and approved.

There has been no response to the letter sent about non-conforming lot sale. Second copies will be sent return receipt.

Review of Wildwood Tax Maps will be tabled until the board meets in person in June.

The sales of parcels on Otter Pond which do not have actual water frontage have sold high and will need to have a land influence added to the parcels. Deeds will need to be reviewed.

The Meeting was adjourned at 10:33
