Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes

                                                          June 29, 2021                          

Meeting Opened at 2:00 pm

In Attendance:   Susan Moore

The May Minutes of the Board of Assessors were read and approved.

The Assessors did hear from the lawyer involved in the poorly deeded family sale of non-conforming contiguous properties. All deed references were sent to him and he will process a new deed containing the third and missing parcel.

Review of Wildwood Tax Maps was completed with understanding. Jessica will convey changes to CAI Technologies.

All deeds on Otter Pond were reviewed for water rights. Properties with water access but no waterfront will receive a land influence in guidance of current sales.

The Meeting was adjourned at 2:37pm
