Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes

                                                          November 23, 2021                             

Due to last minute exposure issues to Covid, this meeting was postponed to the following week 11/30/2021 at 10:00am via teleconference.

Meeting Opened at 10:04 am

                           Susan Voudren

                           Jessica Kelmelis

The October Minutes of the Board of Assessors were read and approved.

One Motor Vehicle abatement application was reviewed and granted.

Three Chapter 61B applications were presented. Two were granted in total.

One was partially denied as an included parcel has been sold out of Chapter61B by the applicant. Rollback/Conveyance tax billing will proceed after the New Year. A Release of Lien was signed by the board as well as a new corrected Tax Lien.

One Veteran’s Exemption application was reviewed and granted.

The Meeting was adjourned at 10:32am
