Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes

March 23, 2021                                   

Meeting Opened at 10:00 am

In Attendance:   Susan Moore

                           Susan Voudran

                           Jessica Kelmelis

The meeting was held remotely by all members via conference call. Call in information did accompany posted agenda.

The February Minutes of the Board of Assessors were read and approved.

Two Motor Vehicle abatement applications were reviewed and granted.

Two Veteran Exemption applications were reviewed and granted.

One personal Property abatement involving the Tolland Solar NG tax agreement was reviewed and granted.

Two recent deeds were reviewed for coding and valuation purposes. One sale appears to have been sold against non conforming rules. Jessica will research further. The other sale will need to remain as an N code.

Tax maps of Wildwood will be reviewed to determine where nonexistent roads are included.

The Meeting was adjourned at 10:44
