Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes

February 23, 2021                                           

Meeting Opened at 10:00 am

In Attendance:   Susan Moore

                           Jessica Kelmelis

The meeting was held remotely by all members via conference call. Call in information did accompany posted agenda.

The January Minutes of the Board of Assessors were read and approved.

One Motor Vehicle abatement application was reviewed and granted.

There was a discussion about correcting the mapping of the roads in the Wildwood Subdivision. Jessica will research not only what documentation would be needed for mapping but also the subdivision laws for definition on the length of viability for any approved subdivision.

The Meeting was adjourned at 10:24
