Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes
January 26, 2021
Meeting Opened at 10:00 am

The meeting was held remotely by all members via conference call. Call in information did accompany posted agenda.
The December Minutes of the Board of Assessors were read and approved.
One Motor Vehicle abatement application was reviewed and granted.
The final Real Estate abatement application open for consideration was presented. An exterior inspection was completed on December 14th and a virtual inspection of the interior was completed on January 13th. No errors in the data or valuation process were found. The application was denied and appropriate papers signed and sent to the applicant.
The Meeting was adjourned at 10:18
