Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes

December 15, 2020                                        

Meeting Opened at 10:00 am

In Attendance:   Susan Moore

                           Jessica Kelmelis

                        Susan Voudren

The meeting was held remotely by all members via conference call. Call in information did accompany posted agenda.

The November Minutes of the Board of Assessors were read and approved.

Correspondence from Susan Moore confirming her resignation from the Board at Wildwood Property Owners Association was read. A copy is attached to these minutes.

Three Motor Vehicle abatement applications were reviewed and granted.

Of the four real estate abatement applications that were reviewed in November; one was rescinded by the property owner, one was denied, one was granted and one was tabled until January. The letter requesting that the abatement application be withdrawn has been attached to the application and filed. All appropriate forms were signed for the denied and granted applications.

The Meeting was adjourned at 10:27
