Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes

                                                           November 24, 2020                                       

Meeting Opened at 10:00 am

In Attendance:   Susan Moore

                           Jessica Kelmelis

                        Susan Voudren

The meeting was held remotely by all members via conference call. Call in information did accompany posted agenda.

The October Minutes of the Board of Assessors were read and approved.

Four Real Estate abatement applications were reviewed. All four were tabled until next meeting in order to complete exterior inspections and gain further information.

Jessica reported that the digital conversion of our mapping system through CAI Technologies via AxisGIS was complete and promised to go active on the town website within days.

Susan Moore recused herself from the meeting at 10:52 am

Two Chapter 61B applications were reviewed and granted. All forms were signed. There is still question about the fashion DLS asked us to report a different account in years prior. The Board would like the account corrected for continuity.

The Meeting was adjourned at 10:58
