Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes

                                                           October 27, 2020                                           

Meeting Opened at 10:00 am

In Attendance:   Susan Moore - Via Teleconference

                           Jessica Kelmelis

                        Susan Voudren

The September Minutes of the Board of Assessors were read and approved.

Two Personal Property abatement applications were reviewed and granted. Appropriate forms were signed and certificates were mailed to applicants

One Real Estate abatement application was reviewed and granted. Appropriate forms were signed and a certificate was mailed to the applicant.

Three Veterans’ Exemption applications were reviewed and approved. Appropriate forms were signed and certificates were mailed to applicants.

Jessica reported on a conversation with CAI technologies about fixing paper roads in Mass GIS. This is not within their ability and needs to go to the state and or mapping apps. Jessica will follow up with a call to the state GIS office.

Susan Moore recused herself from the meeting at 10:17 am

Two Chapter 61 applications were reviewed and tabled for next meeting as more information was required from DOR/DLS.

The Meeting was adjourned at 10:35
