Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes

Meeting Opened at 10:00 am

In Attendance: Susan Moore

                        Jessica Kelmelis                    

The September Minutes were read. Approval is tabled until Susan Voudren is available to sign.

Three Motor Vehicle Tax Commitments were signed.

FY2019 Real Estate and Person Property #1 Commitments were signed. Tolland’s tax rate of $8.47 was approved on 10/17/2018.

Two Chapter 61B applications were submitted. As Susan Moore has recused herself from conversation and decisions on these applications, they are tabled until Susan Voudren is available.

Two veteran’s exemption applications were reviewed and granted. All appropriate forms were signed.

Today’s meeting will be continued in the afternoon at 2:00pm with Susan Voudren.

Meeting was temporarily closed at 11:00
