The Board of Appeals of the Town of Tolland, MA met on February 9, 2021, beginning at 6:00 PM via telephone conference.

A petition from Anthony Krupa of 62 Pinewood Drive, Tolland, MA for a VARIANCE of SETBACK REQUIREMENTS of the Zoning Bylaws of Tolland, MA. for a utility shed. Application 2021-1

Meeting began at 6:00 PM Minutes of the Notes and meeting of September 23, 2020 were approved.Motion to accept petitions was made and unanimously approved.No other business was brought to the floor. Meeting suspended and Public Hearing began at 6:04 Anthony Krupa presented information regarding his request for placement of a shed 16 feet from the west property line and restriction encountered by typography, snow plowing, trees, well and septic placement and buried cables. After the summation, Mr. Krupa answered questions from the Board. The lot is only .43 acres and minimum space is available for placement of the 8X15 shed.
Hearing ended and meeting resumes at 6:13 PM
Application 2021-1 was approved unanimously after a discussion of the four requirements for a variance.
