About Us
The Tolland Library Board of Trustees is responsible for:
- Establishing Library Policy for circulation and operations
- Supervising the Librarian and providing guidance and direction on library operations, hours, etc.
- Assuring that all requirements for Massachusetts Library and Librarian certification are maintained
- Reviewing and approving proposed budget figures presented to the Selectmen
- Assuring that all legal requirements are met for internet
