The Board heard discussion from CVE in support of requesting a 1 year extension on the existing approval for the Sunrise on Clubhouse solar project at 228 Clubhouse Rd. The Board approved the extension and agreed to follow up with a written letter to CVE.

Reviewed language for the draft marijuana bylaw. Board recommended minor changes and chair will submit to town counsel for further review.

Discussed the approach for replying to inquiries about properties and confirmed that the planning board will not provide information on specific lots but will continue to provide general guidance based on what is included in the bylaws.
