Planning Board Minutes

Meeting called to order at 19:07

Due to ongoing Coronavirus-related closure, the Board met via phone.

Present (Board): James Deming, Shawn Shaw, Steve Strinie, Mike Kaminski

Present (Public): Ryan Michonsky (307 Jeff Miller Rd.)

The Board reviewed a question from Ryan Michonsky regarding the necessary forms to facilitate subdividing a lot at 307 Jeff Miller Road to create a new 5.43 acre lot. Chairman informed him that the necessary forms (Form A) should be available from the State. The Chairman also requested that Ryan drop off a signed mylar print of the proposed surveyed plan at the Town Hall mail drop.

The Board of Health has appealed the Planning Board’s previous granting of a special permit for a convenience store by Bill Magni. Chairman Deming has spoken to Board of Health and the applicant and awaits an update related to new plumbing and septic designs.

The Board reviewed a dock permit from Leslie and Regina Cohn at 54 Ona Road. Chairman will sign and return.

The Board reviewed an email from Joshua Ilnicky regarding the addition of a new deck on an existing residence (no address given). The Secretary will reply and instruct regarding the submission of materials for site plan review.

The Board discussed logistics for completing required meeting agenda and minutes. Based on email from the Town Clerk, the Board understands that the Chairman or Secretary can sign minutes and that the full Board need not physically sign these documents.
