Tolland Conservation Commission Public Hearings October 29, 2020
Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will hold public hearings October 29, 2020 beginning at 5:00 PM via Zoom, Tolland, MA for the following purposes:
The meeting will be held via Zoom. Any interested party that would like to participate should email the site (Conservation@tolland-ma.com) no later than October 27 and they will be sent a link for the Zoom meeting.
HEARINGS- RDA- Submitted by Dean Contaxis of 101 Lakeview. Applicant seeks to remove trees in the buffer zone of Otis reservoir.
2). RDA- Submitted by John Balicki of 28 Ona Drive. Applicant seeks to remove two trees in the buffer zone of Otis reservoir and construct a garage 94 feet from Otis Reservoir.
3) RDA- Submitted by Walter Stich of 111 Lakeside Drive. Applicant seeks to remove 6 trees within the buffer zone of Cranberry Pond.
