Tolland Conservation Commission Public Hearings April 30, 2020 5:00 PM

Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will hold public hearings April 30, 2020 beginning at 5:00 PM via Zoom, Tolland, MA for the following purposes:

1)      NOI- Submitted by Adam Hoffman of 120 Brook Lane. Applicant seeks to rebuild septic system within the 50-100 foot buffer zone of Cranberry Pond.

2)      RDA- Submitted by Kathleen Marshall of 23 Lakeside. Applicant seeks to remove trees within the buffer zone of Cranberry Pond.

3)      RDA- Submitted by Teresa Skinner of 36 Porcupine Point. Applicant seeks to remove trees within the buffer zone of Cranberry Pond.
