Tolland Conservation Commission Public Hearing 12/29/2022

Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will hold public hearings December 29, 2022 beginning at 5:00 PM via Zoom, Tolland, MA for the following purposes:
The meeting will be held via Zoom. Any interested party that would like to participate should email the site (Conservation@tolland-ma.com) between December 26 - 28 and they will be sent a link for the Zoom meeting.
HEARINGS 1)RDA- Submitted by Matthew Sharff of 58 Porcupine Point. Applicant seeks to replace a septic system 60’ from the bank of Cranberry Pond. 2)RDA- Submitted by Scott and Carrie Burghoff of 293 Beetle Road. Applicant seeks to replace a septic system 50’ from the bank of Cranberry Pond. 3)RDA- Submitted by Doryce and Terry Seltzer of 368 Meadow Drive.
